Built2Win will only accepts the return of (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached) or defective merchandise.

Refunds for merchandise returned within 30 days and accompanied by the original receipt will be credited in the same form as the original payment method. If you no longer have your receipt, we will exchange merchandise or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price of the returned merchandise.

All discounted orders are final sale and may not be returned . THANKS

Gift cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  A government issued photo ID is required for all in-store returns and exchanges.

Purchases may be returned or exchanged in any U.S. or Canada True Religion location.

Note: Stores cannot refund items purchased with Apple Pay, Paypal, Amazon Pay, AfterPay and Klarna. These type of orders must to be shipped back to our warehouse.
